When you have a plumbing issue or leak, it can be extremely stressful and you don't always know who to call, especially if you're new to the area. Derek, the owner, was extremely responsive and helpful. He diagnosed our shower leak & stayed on top of the repair to ensure the leak was fixed. He went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and why he is doing it; his service and materials pricing were transparent and honest. I would recommend Signature Plumbing Services to anyone in the St. Louis area. Very pleased!!

We had a bad sewer back-up, and I must’ve called 5 or 6 plumbers who advertised as being 24/7, but not one of the could come until the next day—and we still had water coming in! I finally got ahold of Derek, who came right out and fixed everything. Then he gave me the number of a clean-up place and stayed and called them with me so he could explain the situation to them. He's currently helping me work things out with the insurance company, even though the work he did is finished and paid for! I'm so grateful for all his help!

Just wanted to say THANK YOU to Derek with Signature Plumbing for coming out to our house late last night when we found out we have pipes leaking in our basement from the freezing temperatures. I was so panicked and everyone I was calling was booked for at least 3 days, we needed help now! Derek was so wonderful about making time and it was a late call we had to make. He was clear about when he was coming and was honest with us about our situation when he found the problem. I also want to shed light on the fact that as a woman, often contractors or maintenance people often try explaining and handle everything with my boyfriend instead of me when it comes to fixing things. No blame on past help! Just think it’s refreshing that since I made the call and was involved with the process, he made sure I was informed with everything he was doing to fix the problem and our plan moving forward to reroute pipes. I felt confident in understanding our problem because of the way he involved me in the process and made sure I understood how everything should be working with the plumbing in the house. We will be using Derek for all our plumbing needs in the future and he is our choice to execute the next steps in rerouting our plumbing so we don’t have pipes freezing the next cold winter! Derek from Signature Plumbing provided excellent service in unblocking a sewer line at our home. He took the time to explain the work that needed to be done, and followed through with exactly what he said he would do. He was very professional and courteous throughout. Highly recommended!

I would recommend. I had my shower and sink stop working on Thanksgiving weekend. I had trouble getting an answer from a few plumbers, but Derek with Signature Plumbing Services answered and came by within a few hours. In my case, it turned out a rubber gasket had caused the blockage. Derek showed me how to fix the issue by myself next time, and quoted me on a more permanent option to replace some old valves (source of the bad rubber gaskets that got fragmented).

The owner, Derek, was great at communication, was helpful in diagnosing the problem, and was efficient (and as clean as he could be... it's a drain line, you know). We had a sink that wouldn't drain at all, and he methodically worked through all the drain lines until he found the globs of grease in our stack and got them out of the way. He explained everything he was doing and helped us figure out ways to prevent a recurrence in the future (with no cost, no commission-based pressure or anything). Would use his services again for any household plumbing job!

Derek was very nice and knowledgeable. Was quick to respond on labor day and had my issue resolved within a couple of hours and provided much insight on my problem and how to maintain moving forward. I will recommend and use this company from now on!
